Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, pristine condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
